A real person reads every note.
One inbox, watched by the person who builds the app.
becoming is small and quiet. There is no help desk and no ticket queue, just one inbox, watched by the person who builds the app.
A few details, if you have them.
- The email on your account.
- Your iPhone model and iOS version.
- The app version (Profile → About, at the bottom).
- What you were doing when it happened.
Quick answers to the questions we get.
Deleting your account
From inside the app: Profile → Delete Account. This removes every record tied to your account and revokes Sign in with Apple where it applies. If you'd rather have us do it, write from the address on your account and we'll take care of it.
Asking for your data
Write to hellobecomingapp@gmail.com from the address on your account and we'll send back what we hold.
Requesting access
becoming is, for now, walked through by a small circle. If you sense you're part of this work, leave a note and we'll be in touch when a seat opens.
Reporting a bug or asking for a change
Write in plain words: what you expected, what happened, what you'd love instead. The more concrete the better. Screenshots help.
Resetting reminders or notifications
iOS controls them: Settings → Notifications → becoming. Inside the app, Profile → Notifications sets the cadence.
Contacts and calendar permissions
Both are optional and live in iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Contacts (or Calendars) → becoming. The app reads them on device only.
It's usually sign-in or sync.
If becoming feels broken across the board, sign-in or sync are the most likely culprits. Give it a minute, try once more, and if it's still off, write us.
What we collect, where it lives, how to have it deleted.
